Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which returns and refunds are available for orders placed through the Lab Trust website, operated by Deininger Marketing Ltd. Last updated: January 2026.
1. Refund eligibility
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged, defective, or that materially do not match the order confirmation. Items must be unused and in their original packaging where applicable.
2. Non-eligible items
For health, safety, and integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once delivered. Any such restrictions are noted at the point of sale.
3. How to request a refund
To start a refund request, contact support@labtrustcheckout.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue, including supporting photos where relevant. Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions if applicable.
4. Return shipping
Where a return is approved due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item), return shipping is provided at no additional cost. In other cases, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the standard returns process applies.
