We use established third-party carriers to deliver orders. The available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery time estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, customs processing (where applicable), and other factors outside our control.
4. Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order once your shipment has been dispatched.
5. Address accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. International shipments, duties, and taxes
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and compliance with local import regulations. These charges are not included in the order total.
7. Lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist with the resolution.
